Haha Roughly translated that's cos they won't get to see Jon shaking his ass to we got it going on. Can't wait for the crowd reaction tomorrow, every song will be appreciated as it will be 100% die hard fans.

That was the cool part at the Amsterdam shows too. 95% of the crowd are die hards and they seem to know how to respond to all the songs. Too bad that normally not everybody is up for it. Or are talking through the show - which I find really disrespectful towards the artist.

Matt's tweets getting them all in a panic really pissed on Richie's chips as well. That pretty much told the lunatics to save there money, renew their membership, tickets are coming soon get your spot ASAP etc.. At least it will be a decent crowd of American fans at those gigs by quality if not by number as they will all want to be there for Richie. The Jon ass brigade can stick to the band gigs and the Big Dogs shows.

Wow. I can't believe that. Sure it's great to have a quality audience that are all there for the right reasons but he also needs the numbers or shows might be cancelled. People will still go to the Jovi shows, come on! To not support Richie in this properly is madness. It's a great album and the shows are gonna be great so will they get their shit together already!! Lol.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. It's simply a different culture, and there's a reason why Americans are the way they are at shows. The average American works longer hours than any other country in the world. Not sure about in Europe, but here, the main act doesn't usually hit the stage until 9:30PM, if we're lucky. Add to that getting up at 6:00AM and working 10-12 hours, yes, we're friggin' exhausted.

Of course that can play its part, but that shouldn't make a difference when it comes to people taking bathroom or beer breaks during rare songs... or?

The thing is, to Americans a song like I Believe or Dry County is unknown. To Europeans, it's known. That's why people leave if Americans are ever lucky enough to get those songs.

Hell, I openly admit it. I've been to 3 shows this year and haven't stayed until the end for any of them. I'm either too damn tired, or I need to drive home an hour and get to work the next morning. I've never left a Bon Jovi show early, and never would, but they're an exception.

What??!? God damn it, I am rolling on the floor with laughter. Honestly, almost got stomach cramps. This has to be the best explanation EVER. Of course, it doesn't work when concerts are on a weekend, but for the rest of the week, spot on!

Yeah I kinda thought it was silly too... hence my reply.. Because look at countries in for example eastern Europe, where alot of people are very poor, work very long hard shifts, i doubt they'd leave early to be able to get up in good shape the next day.
Sure if you don't know DC or IB, but to me that's an even bigger reason for staying for it. If you've heard Wanted 43478 times live, why stay for that rather than for a song you mightnt have heard as much. Personally I'd never even go to the toilet during a gig PERIOD, but if I would, I'd rather do it during a song I've heard a few times live already.
