I ripped out the single coils and put in SD Hotrails now though.
Amazing guitar. I bought a Kramer and had it customized too.

I wouldn't really buy the new Richie guitar, I'm going to just buy a Rhoads V instead.

i just noticed it's only got the volume knob and is a piezo pickup so apart from acoustic stuff it'd be nigh on useless.
Blast from the past I know but does anybody have any photos/videos of Richie playing the PIEZO PICKUP PAISLEY??????? Been looking for a couple of years now and still looking!

Piezo pickups are integrated into the bridge of the guitar so you can't actually see them for the most part.

OK, reason I am looking for Richie playing this guitar is because I bought it, looking to get some photos together to but on display with it.

Like you said 3 years ago, it only has the volume knob so I would of thought it would be easy enough to find a photo!?

I saw that guitar for sale but never managed to find any pics of it being used. Good luck though and if you find any, please put them up on here as there is very little in the way of archive footage or photos of Richie playing any of his black paisley strats live.
