Yeah i Don't blame him, my double neck kills me and i haven't got a bad shoulder. i've seen pics of richie and he hadn't even put his guitar strap over his head. i think that was probably on the jap tour when he first hurt it.

why? it was over his shoulder, albeit the opposite one.

what if it slips

yeah i wouldn't fancy carrying mine around like that. prefer having the big lump of wood i call my head in the way. You gotta have strap locks too. i guess if he drops one he can just ask for another and not really care.

especially if its one of those custom jobs

have you ever looked at rockstarguitars.com it's got a bunch of guitars richie and other guitarist had and have sold. it's quite a cool site.

how much do u think richies went for?

cor, i wouldn't like to guess. i bet even his less well known guitars like the hamer went for 1k+. the doubleneck would be aorun 10k i'd think. seen as only 2 or 3 were made. he has a new ovation doubleneck though doesn't he. like the reddy colour one had but without the stars.
