Richie's solo appearances in 1991

I've been watching some videos on YouTube tonight, and have found some videos of when Richie did a show in 1991 in New York. I can see Richie, a bassist and a rhythm guitarist(both unknown to me).

Anyhow, I saw the keyboardist to the back and I think he could be David Bryan. So, does anyone know if when Richie did any shows David and Tico appeared too? I am asking this because they appear on 'Stranger In This Town' don't they?
