River Runs Dry

I remember reading an interviwe with Jon about the direction he went with destination and how it was diferent and all that shit. the thing is that he said something along the lines of how he started cutting tracks for destination even before the These Days tour was over and that the Record company wanted a SAFE single material track and then he could do what he wanted with the rest of the album. He then went on to talk about a song that sounded like he was re-writing always and how he [pulled it off the album because it didn't fit on the album and it wouldn't sound 'honest' on it. I"ve said before that I'm fairly positive this is the song he was talking about, I wish I could site a reference (magazine, year, site) but sadly I can't, I just remember reading that.

Thanks man. I know I recently read a tiny blurb about Destination Anywhere, how Jon rented a studio van that he would park outside the venue so he could work on the tracks during the These Days Tour. And the band would play on the demos. I wonder if maybe the band played on River Runs Dry as a demo for D.A, but you may be onto something there.
