Another Hugh/Alec debate.

I hate how people like to say that Alec was inconsistent or that he can't play live or he was making mistakes. I've heard so many bootlegs with Alec (over 100 I think) and I couldn't hear any mistake. Jon and Richie make mistakes more often... so who's there to be fired?? Jon deserves it for his singing from 2003 to 2007 and Richie for his playing from 2005 till now. He butchers every second solo possible...

Alec truly deserves to be inducted as well. On the other hand Hugh deserves it too and I doubt he will be. If the band is inducted actually

From one of the articles on that site....

It’s 1988. ‘Slippery When Wet’ has sold 15 million copies. The band presents its follow-up, ‘New Jersey’. The Big K!‘s Phil Wilding dubs it ‘very mediocre’
”What can I tell you?“ Jon holds up his hands, ”I think ‘Living in Sin’ and ‘I’ll Be There For You’ are really good songs. Some of the others aren’t the greatest songs but ‘Lay Your Hands On Me’ is a big audience favourite.“

Wow
