That's good news. The travel expenses and the hotel expenses will still be a lot but at least they are being fair.

Big respect for this. People are out for airfare but the organization is out for hotel costs I'd asssume.

Insurance would usually cover that. But giving everyone a 100% refund is a really good result for the fans that attended, and the best that they could have hoped for, given the circumstances.

I'm not entirely sure how it works but if people weren't sent home, as far as the hotel is considered isn't a completed transaction? The Covid-issue cancelled the performance but not the hotel stay. Like if it was outright cancelled ahead of time, sure.

But I have no idea the timeline or how far in it was.

Apologies, I though you meant the hotel costs for the band and the crew. That will be covered on the insurance. Not sure how it works for the fans hotel costs. I'm sure these kind of packages have some sort of insurance attached to them to cover that, especially in the uncertain times of Covid, but maybe not...

What they did is what you gotta do if you can't deliver what you sold.
So it's their f*cking duty to refund 100%.

We're just not used to the fanclub/JBJ to treat the fans fair which leads to that kind of statements. But there's nothing to praise. It's just what people do if they aren't douchebags.

Of course it's their duty, I'm respecting them for not being shitty about it as is their cheap ways. How are you finding a way to twist saying "I'm glad they did this" into an anti-organization thing. Can't we just be glad they did the right thing because they rarely do?

Absolutely. We just don't have to praise them for that
