That doesn't make it a single. There are more items pressed on vinyl that aren't singles.
Mr. Bluesman was released as a promo single in France, it never made it as a single. One Light Burning was released in the US as a radio single as far as I know.
There are several promo's of Richie's CD singles around, but it's hard to find out what actually has been released as a single.

Neither of my Mr Bluesman singles are labeled as promos. And they're
both bought in a regular record shop here in Denmark.
