I think both DA and Blaze are underated by many. There's some songs on those that are as good if not better than a lot of Bon Jovi songs. Same goes for Richie's albums. I think they didn't sell aswell because it's not Bon Jovi the band and the albums probably didn't get the same promotion or air play as the albums made by the band do.

I replied a message dealing with "cadillac man" which is a song they gave to Johnny Hallyday, the french rocker in the earlier 90s. I would say that when Jon made Blaze of glory he was in his "Johnny Hallyday" period...There is a song called "Je te promets" by JH which was a huge hit in France in the mid 80s. Listen to this song, I think it may strangely remind you of Santa fe (tempo, piano, voice...)
