One of my favourites from the box-set, although 'Letter To A Friend' does the same kinda thing a whole lot better.

I love it, the lyrics just "get" me every single time. One of the few Jovi songs that can reduce me to tears.

Sorry to bring up this old thread, but I need to say that I love this song. I had never really given it a chance until this past week, because it bored me and never made it too far. But for the first time I made it to the chorus, and was blown away. I love everything about this song. The solo is great, the bridge is great, the beginning is cool, it is very "atmospheric" as was said in this thread.

If this were on Crush over She's A Mystery, the album would be infinitely times better.

I've never been able to get into this song. It's just never excited me in any way. I must listen to it again soon though.

I like it. It should / could have been on Bounce. It would fit in nicely with the album cover, too. Yet the part that goes "everybody hurts" sounds too familiar in my ears.
