Saturday Night Live?

Hey guys, I know this topic has been posted a few times before but the due to the search button disapearance I'll ask it again.
The guys have made a few appearances in SNL, I think their last one was around the release of the live album and they performed It's my life and Bad name.
When were the other appearances and what did they play?
