I like it, but it's my least favourite off of "Crush", don't know why, because it's a great track.
Yeah you heard me, I like "She's A Mystery" more than "Save The World", I just LOVE it. I'm a loner on a rocky road, I know, so don't crucify me!
But being a big fan of CRUSH, my favourite album of the decade, "Save The World" is still a pretty good track and I can see that it would have worked for Armageddon. I find the lyrics a but confusing though, maybe because Jon rewrote them when it lost the battle against Aerosmith.
I remember being in a polish disco in Krakow in late 2000 and they suddenly played "Save The World", and it was majestic. I mean, turn up the volume and you know what I mean. It's a big song with a more clever structure than "Thank You For Loving Me". I don't really know what makes it my least favourite on the album, it's not a bad song at all. I just wish the solo was longer than the intro...
On a sidenote, I also love "Cpt. Crash". There's not a single note on the album I don't like. Well...
