As much as I want that boxed set....I don't think we're getting it any time soon. Not unless we all go out and buy the cd again, just to boost the sales. Then, maybe other people will think they should buy it and we can start a chain reaction of mass sales of Bounce and the box set released for my birthday this summer. Yeah right................

I really hope if they do sell the singles, the flow. Reason: at the moment Bon Jovi are far too much of a pop band, and the comercial apeal means they have to make comercial records.... bring on crush and Bounce! If they made unpopular albums, that ONLY the fans bought, they would have to make records for the fans, and then do tours for the fans. This would hopefully eliminate the things about Bon Jovi I dont like, and they could be my favourite band again!

I really hope their isn't a box set. The live album was an even bigger let down than Bounce (i.e only two songs from the 80's, which was when they were best live), and I'm guessing a box set would be poorly compiled so that it would have comerical apeal. Also, I have all the albums, even the ones I don't like (Powerstations, Crush, Destination e.t.c), plus I have all the demo's from slippery, new jersey, and faith. I doubt there would be anything live that I haven't heard before. So if they do release a box set, I'd be buying something I already have...i.e I wouldn't be buying it!

Even if Bounce does not sell very well, they have the accoustic cd richie mentioned. They can reach 100 million with that one.

I just wish they'd release one of the three best tracks on the album, otherwise how many thousands and thousands of people will never know a great song like The Distance exists?

It's a nice idea. It's been known to happen. But it's not likely. If radio/video outlets and the record company don't back the single well enough, nothing's going to happen.

it would only work if it was done live - and they are releasing yokohoama so there you go...

the songs would have to be springsteen/dylan/richard thompson quality in order for them to pull that off
