I still don't see why they expect you to trust who wrote the songs, when they blatantly tell you you can't trust the dates. Although, I suppose the writers is more important because of legal issues and royalties and whatnot. But even if it was, it could be like Brian said, an Aerosmith connection

its a nice song. but i still dont listen to it because, obviously, its about dorothea.. and if youre inlove with jon, knowing that its for his wife is like suicide [for me]

I think the song is just too boring...its the only Bon Jovi song not on my Ipod...

Now, I never understood the hatred about that song. I'm not ashamed that I loved it when Crush came out and love it still. It deserves its spot on Crush. I was looking/hoping for more rock songs in the first place, but this atmospheric and hunting tune caught me right away. It's something so refreshing different, I wish they would do more often. And it absolutely woks - that background vocals on the chorus are just amazing.

Like "Temptation" - how could they leave it off the album?

"Crush" remeains my 3rd favourite BJ album, I love all the songs on it... Really, say what you want, I will defend it till kingdom come!

But Temptation catches an atmosphere of moody, black and white, whiskey breath and is just a great song.

She's A Mystery catches the atmosphere of my snores - and I don't even snore.

I've always liked Temptation but have never ever liked She's A Mystery.
