And I see what you mean regarding song choice but I really doubt songs like Undivided and Just Older will make the cut, same with D.A. I'd assume they'd do singles only. Which they choose is another story. Making this a single disc is a tricky thing. North America, it makes sense but worldwide I think it's a bad move. In this country, I could see This ain't a love song, It's My Life, Thank you for loving me, Everyday, Misunderstood, Have a Nice Day, Who says you can't go home, Make a memory, Lost highway (?), We weren't born to follow, two new songs, and it depends on how well ST does. Part of me thinks that's why they keep putting this off. They WANT to capitalize on putting It's my life and Who says in the best of but need to wait for another big single to add more tracks, cuz they're pretty slim on those in this part of the world.
Aaah, you don't know this interview? Oh shit. I can link you to it but you wouldn't understand it. It was released in a Czech magazine Hardrocker. I don't know if the interviewer is Czech (his name is Nikolas Krofta), the interview was done in Berlin in the time where they played there at the Brandenburger Tor. It seems that it doesn't exist in English. I can try to translate or paraphrase it. They speak about having Bobby with them, about their feelings about the new album, about their (Dave & Tico) input to the songs in the studio etc.

Who the **** are they and why do we need to take notice of what they say?

Yeah, post it. Thierry's German is excellent, I'm sure he'll type out a translation for all of us.

Interesting. Yah, it's the first I've heard of this interview. I'm surprised all this info isn't common knowledge already if it was in a major (?) magazine. I'd love to see it, thanks.

Please give me an hour or two (or more) and I'll do my best. It's a four page interview. And it's in Czech - I've already found out that the interviewer is Czech.

my initial excitement regarding the greatest hits diminishes with every shred of news relating to it.

The only (moderate) hit was TAALS - no other "hits" on TD. In the US it quite flopped.

It would be quite funny if they release a post-Cross Road greatest hits and the first four tracks are It's My Life, Everyday, Have A Nice Day and We Weren't Born To Follow.
