Show bootleg requests

I am a member of a Springsteen forum which is very similar to this one. One of the best threads on there deals with requests and sharing of show audios. The rules are simple with no official audio being shared or shows that have been professionally released. I was wondering if it was possible to do something like here?

File Sharing hasn't been allowed here in the last two decades, I don't think it'll change. There used to be a place for that over ten years ago.
But there's not really anything left of the former glory trading world anyway.
