i've got another question about song lyrics. This one is about the song 'the right side of wrong' on the 'bounce' album.

(from verse two)
Slip these sweat socks in your shirt and pray they think your packin'

okay, why are they putting sweat socks into their shirts?
to block bullets?
to keep them warm?
to use them to cover their heads later so they don't get recognised?

or maybe, does the word 'sweatsocks' have another meaning other than meaning wollen socks? does it also mean guns? or maybe they put their guns into the sweatsocks something?

well, i'll been thinking about it for a while, so can anyone help me out?

It's to make people think the person has a gun, when he really doesn't. The socks make it look like he has a gun under his shirt.

I didn't think of it like that. I thought of him telling his wife to put socks in her shirt to make it look like she's got big boobs.

I thought sweat socks were for your head so you don't get recognised, like most bank robbers do.

Isn't that pantyhose? A sweat sock as I know it wouldn't get on anyone's head and in case you managed to, you wouldn't see a thing
