she is a high school kid , he was at their school , it could hasrdly be classed as stalking him !!!!!!!!!! I think it sounds pretty minor to the extremes some fans go to .

what the heck?he's a public person. a kid talking to him can hardly be cateorized as stalking, now can it?

That's a bit of an over the top reaction! I don't think you did anything wrong in approaching him. Good to hear he was nice to you.
