Of course it is. I know what I've said, I know what I've meant -- in other words, I know what I'm talking about.

What amazes me sometimes, though, is how people seem to think that they have some kind of super powers in the online world. I mean, if people were to talk to each other face to face, it would probably never even occur to most of them to claim that they know exactly what the others are really thinking, or that they know better what others do or don't do or say or don't say or think or don't think. Yet in this faceless and ultimately nameless online world, that kind of stuff happens every day. People either believe everything they read or don't believe anything some people say, and they claim to "know better" about all sorts of people and things, no matter how private or personal those things might be or what kind of people they might be dealing with. They pass judgements on others on the basis of nothing but writing on their screen, without ever having met, seen or talked to the people in question. In essence, people are getting caught up in the illusion of the online world. They treat this online world as if it was exactly the same as their own tangible reality, without realising that for the most part it's in fact an illusion. People and personalities in the online world are not real. At best, they might form a part of real-life people's real personalities...and at worst, they're 100% fiction, in which case they have nothing to do with ppl in real life and their personalities. To "know" someone online or just from online is an illusion, nothing more.
What amazes me is that you havent got a clue who i am! I know exactly who you are in "real" life! I have seen you at various BJ shows so dont tell me i'm in an illusion!

Didn't you know that some here think the BBC is superior reporting?
it is

unlike CNN, the BBC is legally forced to be unbiased (for the most)
as is being shown at the moment by the fact that they are calling Blair + Co a bunch of liars etc (not exactly detailed but its too sodding hot to bother)

Yes.. because they are so unbiased about the situation in Northern Ireland.

Personally, I like to check what the American media is reporting against what the rest of the world media is reporting, just to make sure I'm getting the full story. Sometimes news organizations here have a tendency to lean heavily in one direction or just leave major details out . . .

Didn't say that Goose, just asked a legitimate question about the bias of the BBC about that issue and it takes 2 to tango.. as if the Unionlists hands are clean....

Actually, I heard the BBC news was getting a bit dodgy lately. Some say they are not as "truthful" as they used to be.
