Default Some Updates From Hard Rock

Jon Bon Jovi is currently doing a small accoustic show and Q&A at the Hard Rock Cafe. He's playing with Bobby, Jeff (maybe) and Lorenza Ponce.

Thanks to Vicky over at backstage who keeps providing updates, so far he's played:

Help (The Beatles)
Love For Sale
Prayer
Blood On Blood
Bad Name (TLFR Style)
Bed of Roses
That's Alright, Mama (Elvis)
It's My Life
Saturday Night
I'll Be There For You
Who Says You Can't Go Home

Some things he's said:

Dosen't have a favourite song but push come-to-shove, it would be "Keep The Faith". "Dirty Little Secret" and "Unbreakable" didn't make the album because they suck. Talked about the political inspiration for "Welcome....Are". Ready to rock Des Moines. Talking about going to an all boys Catholic high school and failing everything. Talking about writing songs - the difference between 'crafting' and 'writing' a song. 'Every day is another memory.'

Anymore updates I'll try and post 'em

Question about the Giant naming a play for him, called Bounce 21. Very happy Giants are wining.

What do kids think of you as daddy? Asked kids to come watch him practice at Fort Monmouth and they didn't want to go. Jake was the only one that showed up and he was into the whole thing. They call him King Jake, now.

Born To Be My Baby (TLFR)
Wanted Dead Or Alive

I think that's it.

Aloha !

If they start playing those TLFR shit in Europe the crowds for sure won't accept that. Lots of chatting and toilet breaks.

I really hope they won't do it. It sucked when they played Bad name (TLFR) at the Crossroads taping 3 times because they had technical problems, one more time and I think I'd have gone! And in the end it didn't even make the show...

Someone asked the oompas over at bj.com if the band were going to do the 50/50 shows and the oompas said no, that the acoustic element would be worked into the regular show and they doubted it would be 50/50.

It was an acoustic show for 100 people for christs sake. I don't think they will be doing them at full blown gigs for 70,000!

Yep, I was there. There were max 250 people there. TLFR worked well in this setting. Very low key. I enjoyed it!! Jon sounded excellent.

We can't take you serious Deb, since you are always defending Bon Jovi. After I heard a couple of bootlegs from the new tour i'll make my own opinion.

BTW Krybaby, shouldn't you post this in the tour forum?
