Ok. So someone else has this song on another board as well. The story is, her dad is a record executive and got a copy. He is loyal and won't give it out. She claims there is a third song. ...... I Watched Her Walk Away

She states both songs aren't that great.

Here, this is easier:

I have this song (Mona Lisa) as well. It was never released as an International B-Side, in fact it's never been released to the public. My dad was a big record company exec (now retired) and he/we have a similar CD dated 2003, it has 3 tracks on it though; Breathe, Mona Lisa & I Watched Her Walk Away. My dad always feared for his job security if he was to share the 2 rare songs, and he still feels loyal to the company/business, so as much as I've wanted to share the songs for the last 10 years I couldn't. I have close friends that have listened to it but I wasn't even allowed to put it on my iPod. Maybe when my dad sees this CD for sale on eBay he'll lighten up and allow me to share it. The songs are good, but I they aren't in the "Hit" category, but songs that should be heard by Bon Jovi fans. My dad has one rare kick ass CD collection I will tell you that much.

Based on the above, I have a feeling that the next song will be for sale next, after this one sells for a pretty penny.

Looking at on the HAND font on the cd itself along with the sticker attached to the CD, this could be homemade.
