The seller is from Los Angeles as well, hmmmmmm .... he sells a lot of promo CD's, they are mostly legit, but he slips the odd fake into his listings - or at least they look fake. I've purchased from him in the past and actually have him book marked.

IMO that CD looks home made - just like the Mona Lisa one does.
