The seller does offer hassle free returns which means he has to take it back for no reason at all and can only charge a small shipping and restocking fee.
Theoretically someone could bid anything they want and return it for a full refund six minutes after they received it.

Ehh that would put it still a year too early. Breathe was already released by that. I don't hear the similarity to I got the girl but I agree it definitely has a 1999 - 2001 sound to it.

At this point I don't think it matters but this was given to an exec as a couple of choices for use in a non Jovi project. (Ie soundtrack), neither ended up being used.
This is not the only disc of this type.

Could be a different Breathe though, just the same title? I'm not keen enough on instruments to be able to tell if that's the band or not but my first thought was it sounded like a Jon solo song. Then it reminded me of the beginning of I Got the Girl.

Oh well. Maybe we'll never know.

Interesting, thanks. The date on the disc is smack in the middle of the Crush tour though. Strange.

The current bid is ridiculous. I have a hard time believing the bids are legit.

What do you mean? May of 2003 would put it a few months into the Bounce tour.
