That's a pity, a few more people and it would be hours. Hopefully the it will appear somewhere soon. The snippet doesn't sound bad.

Could've been a buddy of the seller though just trying to drive up the price because of the interest here. Looks like the winner only bid once but it wouldn't surprise me to see this relisted claiming the sale fell through.

i think the interest on here would be pretty much irrelevant to what this cd sold for. it was always going to get some good money regardless of what people on here were saying.

there are many collectors all around the world who do not visit the forums anymore, but still collect... such as myself. only reason i returned back here was because when i goggled 'bon jovi mona lisa' this thread came up. I used to be a more vocal collector (on sites like dry county) many years ago, but that time has long passed. many other older fans prefer to keep their collecting to their self also.

oh, and before you ask... no, i wasn't a bidder. (i pretty much only collect stuff from the mid -90s and before)

For whatever it's worth, I have a feeling robbobopz/born to run was in on this. I know he liked to act like DA MAN in every thread, hijacking whatever he could find, but reading his posts here, the level of coordination and effort he was putting off just seemed... Too strong. Like he had given a lot of thought about what to say. Certainly well beyond his normal intelligence. I think he was discouraging the $1200 bid only cause he thought it was a bluff to scare people away.

Anyways, his ass being banned is a gift of itself.
