I really like the words to the song. As Ryan said, it would be (as has been...Mouse!) a great wedding song. I just don't like the music. It's a good song, nothing extraordinary. Personally, I feel it could have been a much better song. They are the kings of power ballads and TYFLM just falls a little short if you ask me.

I agree. The way it starts, so low and quiet and the way it ends, so high, so "heartfelt" is just awesome. When I wasn't very keen on Crush (I'm rediscoverng it) it was one of the few songs in the that I did appreciate.

As for holding Heather close... hey, you're almost there, Ryan! :P

Owkee perhaps Thank you for loving me isn't the greatest ballad but the lyrics are really good. I can understand what Ryan means perfectly !!

I really got into I want you the last months ... just happened suddenly
and of course always stays my song

For me, Thank you for loving me is the best ballad of bon jovi in the last years.
