i´m doing a disc from the grey summer, this is my setlist...

Sit down with Jon Bon Jovi and ask him about it, maybe he remembers.
I highly doubt that more songs from the grey summer period than the ones that we already know have been published.

If by "Outlaws Of Laws" you mean Outlaws Of Love, then there's no way that's a Grey Summer song

I reckon I Want You was from this period

You essentially asked the same question I did. This isn't really something people will be able to help you with, just gotta use your gut on this one. We're only going by what Jon has said in interviews.

Sympathy was written in the studio in Vancouver as they were recording KTF, inspired by the live Rolling Stones footage that was constantly running in the studio projector screen, so I wouldn't think of it as a grey summer song.
