Songs Jon has made appearances on?

Who recorded the solo of thins song?? The video shows Richie all the time, the first part of it sounds like Richie, but the second part sounds like Slash.

So for those who care, I made 4 edits so far. I changed my original concept of just 30 second snippets because I have more vocals per song than I initially thought.

The "Everybody Hurts" edit was simple. I faded in 10 seconds before and 5 seconds after Jon’s vocal. Total time 27 seconds.

For the next 3, I made edits to each track without ruining the integrity of each song.

Peace In Our Time - I left the guitar solos and choruses alone. There are only 2 verses in the song. I kept the first verse as is which does have a little Jon in the mix. The second verse is a split so I edited out the GP vocal so now it's just all Jon. I also edited out the last 30 seconds of the song which is the GP guy moaning some bad vocals and now I have it faded out with Jon doing some killer vocals. Those little adjustments worked miracles because the song is more of a duets now verses Jon just doing backing vocals... Total Time 5:24

Trash - Similar to the above with only 2 verses. I left the instrumental intro in but instead of going to the first verse I go right to Jon’s vocals in the chorus. I then looped it the second chorus and edited out the second verse too. Because the chorus is so horrible with Alice Copper rasping the word "traaash" the chorus with Jon’s part is now the verse. It actually does work. Any other song it probably wouldn’t but it does with this one because it's just so week. After that, the rest of the song is left as is. Jon's got some heavy interaction with Alice after the guitar solo with some really great vocals. Total time 3:09

Heads I Win, Tails I Lose - This involved the most edits. Jon's vocal is only heard in the chorus but it's just so killer.... This one goes, Chorus, Chorus, Guitar Solo, Chorus, Chorus, Guitar, Chorus. Total Time 3:09


Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the end result. I did an excellent job with the blends, making them seamless. Some took me up to 20 tries before I got it right but I did for each one. Jon is so perfect in the 80's that he could do no wrong. I feel like I added 3 new 80's songs to my collection.
