I just checked www.bonjovitour.de, and yes, "Fear" was performed at a few shows in Germany.

Yes the sex sells demos there isn't an live version of it. Because Sex sells demos are from a listening party

A song I would love to hear live is "Save A Prayer".
I know that for some of you this is a bonus track from "Keep The Faith", but it's also my favorite song on the album.
A song the band garanteed has forgotton all about
