Songs which they take from record company (and Ghost Writers)

It's an interesting theory with songs using different demo bases and entirely feasible, you just need to not get wrapped it in stating any of this as fact which it clearly isn't. The SB/SM & Nickleback similarities are way too close to be anything other than a rip-off and *could* be 2 songs built from the same base, but to suggest this is definitely the case is wrong.

Mixing up ghostwriters and co-writers as well doesn't help. There's a whole melting pot of different topics being merge into one point and it muddies the waters- songs that sound like others, the songs that were "stolen" (seek out Sebs thread from a while back for a whole discussion on that) and existing demos re-worked.

It's all interesting and the earlier conspiracy theories with them nicking loads of stuff off demo tapes and what, but don't confuse these as being stone cold facts.

Desmond which says that this is his song . But of course he also said in other interviews that they done it togheter.

They did Complicated with M.Martin and slow version of M.Martin.

They worked for Universal. They played tour togheter. They could meet the same people (ghost writers) on that period of time.

Of course we don't know what is fact or not. I just wanted to look at some songs named by fans rip-off in different way. Who know if it's not typical song based on the same demo? That's all
