The old Born To Be My Baby acoustic version that's on the Living In Sin single is probably my absolute favorite. However, I love almost every acoustic version that Jovi's done. I love how Richie's voice comes through so much more when they go acoustic.

BTW, there were at least 2 acoustic Superman performances, and they weren't the same. If I remember correctly, it was the one in Toronto that I really liked. Damn . . . now I'm gonna get lost in YouTube!

Acoustic Prayer is fine for me, but it doesnt' touch the electric version.

Something for the Pain is probably my favorite acoustic song by them.

In These Arms is very good, too.
Agree completely about everything except SFTP. I am very glad they did it and it was a treat to see, but IMO that has never been a strong live song, acoustic or otherwise. The lyrics are too fast on the chorus... especially when others are trying to keep up and harmonize. Just a tough song to pull off. The bridge was good though!

If they are going to drop an octave on the chorus of Saturday Night, they might as well retire the song... they have plenty of others to choose from. It is a waste of 6 minutes of precious concert time every time they play it that way.

Santa Fe would have been great had they just dropped the key down 2 1/2 or 3 steps. That way he could have sang the verses low(er) and sang the chorus high (lower than the recorded version, but higher than the verses, giving the song some sort of dynamic).

Prayer 94 is the only different version of Prayer I really like. If they are going to play it live, I'd much prefer the original.

I really enjoyed In These Arms from 96. Also, Something to Believe In from the Bounce tour is one of my favorites.

Born to Be My Baby
Livin' on a Prayer (Whichever version, as there are several different variants)
These Days
Never Say Goodbye

There's a snippet of This Ain't a Love Song I saw on The Making of This Left Feels Right, the clip being taken from the 90s (one of those Virgin megastore shows they did i guess) Never did hear a full version of that but what I heard sounded good.
