I'd say the song that really stands out as far superior acoustic as compared to electric is Living on a Prayer. I'd Die For You, Born To Be My Baby, and Thank You For Loving Me are other songs that I probably prefer when played in an acoustic format.

I also love the live-acoustic versions of Something to Believe In, Superman Tonight, Santa Fe, These Days, and Someday I'll be Saturday Night, which are all quite distinct to their electric counterparts, but I couldn't say I prefer them to the electric versions.
