tomorrow Soul v Voodoo , hope Soul shows some soul and they win. Ive noticed on the Soul website that you can listen to a live feed via radio online, so Im going to listen in tomorrow.

BOTH camps have been fined


Baron fined $1,000


The Arena Football League has fined Kats lineman James Baron $1,000 for detrimental conduct following his role in a postgame shouting match with Philadelphia Soul Coach Mike Trigg last Sunday.

Trigg was fined $250 by the league for ''actions not in the best interest of the AFL.''

Trigg alleged that Baron spit in his face during a heated discussion following the Soul's 59-48 win over the Kats. Baron denied the charge, saying he simply wanted to give Trigg ''a piece of my mind'' because the Soul coach had been talking to Kats players during the game.

AFL spokesman Chris McCloskey said he couldn't address the spitting allegation, but said Baron's larger fine was due to the fact he sought out Trigg.

''It was inappropriate for James Baron to seek out and confront Coach Trigg,'' McCloskey wrote in a letter to the teams. ''(Trigg) did not initiate the confrontation, but he did contribute to its escalation.''

Trigg and rock star Jon Bon Jovi, a co-owner of the Soul, accused the Kats of ''dirty'' play. But the league, which reviews every play of every game, saw no reason to take action against the Kats in that regard.

Two games rescheduled: The Kats have rescheduled a pair of home games to Saturday nights.

The Week 7 game against Colorado has been moved from March 13 to March 12. The Week 9 game against Arizona has been shifted from March 28 to March 26.

Both games will begin at 7:30 p.m
