It isn't that cut and dry but Kerry's alternative is to raise taxes amongst those making more than 200,000 a year, while Bush is for cutting taxes in general. |
Ok, I know there may be more to it, but I guess that's what it comes down to after all.
The fact remains that Jon was supporting Kerry even if it was going against himself in a way since if Kerry won he'd have to pay more taxes.
