Yeah, that song, I think, culminates what Keep the Faith is all about. It's just so perfect to the whole atmosphere of the record. And how the lyrics are devoted to the fans and people who believe in Bon Jovi. Too bad it's only on the Japanese (I think) version of Keep the Faith.
