Default Starting All Over Again?

The version on the CrossRoad - Sound/Vision(2005) is really weak compared to the version i heard on you tube the other day?

Can anybody shed any details on how many versions of this song are avalible and where i can find the strong vocals version(from the 90s)

There are 3 versions.

- The first one was released in 1992 on the Japanese version of Keep The Faith.
- When the remaster series were released, Japan got it's own limited 2CD versions and the bonus disc of that specific version of Keep The Faith contained a remastered version of the song.
- The third version was the one on the boxset which has the vocals from the demo but the music from the original.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I really like the Box Set version, for what that's worth.

The KTF version kicks ass. The box set version is ok, but it's missing the background vocals and all the polish that made the KTF-version great. Plus Jon's cold really comes through.

I vaguely remember a clip of jon singing it on 'making of the boxset' videos. Is this why the boxset ver. is weaker? As he sang it relatively recently? Just wanna know if i actually saw this clip! And not just imagining it.

That can't be right. Must be a different song. I've heard "River Runs Dry" can be seen sung on a behind the scenes part. I definetely remember seeing the pedal steel part being recorded.

yeah the verses for river runs dry were re-done.

The vocals for Starting all over again on boxset are just the rough early version vocalwise....
