was my favourite bon jovi song for a while. it is immense. a travesty its is rarely played live, though i guess that kind of adds to the mystique of it.

Astounding song. Everything about it is practically flawless. It's easily one of their best songs, IMO. It's one of those songs that makes me proud to call myself a fan. I'm in love with it.

Just like "Save A Prayer" I like this one too. But I don't think it's that amazing

I like it alot, like every song on that record. It has that special 80s attitude in writing and arrangement I like. And the melodic solo, just the whole vibe of the song is excellent

Not that great. Though I like the solo. And yeah, the times I'm in the mood for it I can't help but listen to the song and love it as hell... Damn..

Definitely one of my favorites......LOVE IT! I've actually been listening to the whole NJ album alot recently. I love that whole album with the exception of 99 in the shade.

I cant see how 99 in the shade isnt any better than Bad Medicine or Born To Be My Baby.... I actually like 99 in the shade...
