Hi

Was there anything in today's Kerrang! about it? I haven't got it yet. I'm hoping that they give more coverage to Jovi than they did Def Leppard. They gave them single of the week (in a particularly poor week for singles - they got 3/5) and then gave them a shockingly horrible album review. No interviews or nothing. No respect....

I think we've seen the last of Jovi and Leppard in Kerrang.
The editors changed, so he obviously dosen't think their suitable for Kerrang anymore - i stopped reading it 2 years ago, coz it sucks!

Kerrang has gone downhill, but Phil Alexander, who was editor until a year or two ago is now editor-in-chief, and i understand he's a jovi fan (?). maybe we'll get something, all we need is Bounce to rock like friggery.. Classic Rocks great stuff tho, totally agree.

jovi will be unlikely to appear in Kerrang due to the change in direction they adopted a few years back. they wanted to move away from the 'old' rock image of iron maiden etc. does the mag suck? well since the change of direction it is now the biggest selling weekly music magazine so they must have done something right!

no really, Kerrang is rubbish now. they just show slipknot and raging speedhorn every week, appeals to the younguns you see. there is a tiny snippet in kerrang this week, announcing the realease date, and it says something about "will Jon rock?" They might be pleasently suprised, cos they gave Crush 4/5....
