I don't know if this is what you're referring to, but the Syndicate is like an inner-circle or brotherhood among people involved in Bon Jovi or are close friends/family... those special people get a pendant. Matt was talking about it in Behind The Music or something. It basically means that you can't gossip about things with other people if you're in the inner-circle, they don't air their dirty laundry in public.
