I guess it may be different in other parts of the world, but aside from Livin' On A Prayer and maybe a couple of other songs, the majority of young people in the UK have zero interest or knowledge of the band.

As Cap said I think there is something about the band that has made them very uncool. I see people in Def Leppard and Van Halen and Aerosmith shirts, but I rarely see any Bon Jovi shirts, even at rock shows and that goes for all ages really. It's strange because at their peak they were more popular over here than all of those bands. But I guess they crossed over into a pop audience big time and that maybe alienated the rock fan base a little.
