I think it's a good ballad and I wouldn't mind hearing it live. However, compared to the holy quintet of NSG, IBTFY, BOR, Always (Original Demo) and TAALS, this song falls short.

To me, it's an ok song but that's it. Nothing special. Definitely not something you'd bump Always or Bed of Roses off for.
