There is a video on youtube, date 2004, Bobby and Jon recording some guitar tracks for the box set of songs, that were not completed when they were first recorded.

True enough. There's video footage of them recording overdubs for River Runs Dry and I Get a Rush so it makes you wonder what else was added after the fact. A few years ago I noticed Jeff Kazee was credited as playing on the box set so I sent him a message asking if he added keyboards after the fact, which he confirmed, but wasn't able to remember what he played on.
