Save the world, Luv can or Hush (though not a ballad) which I've always thougt to be a nice song.

But that shows I don't really like post 2000 Bon Jovi love songs

Always had a soft spot for Real Love and Luv Can.
But Memory is my number one post-2000 ballad.
These Open Arms is one of my favourites, too.

Teardrop to the sea imo is not a ballad...just a mid tempo song. The lyrical context makes it a ballad for me...
i consider it a masterpiece though
