The best of the Richie-less years

The title for a Richie-less album has got to be "Living With The Ghost", whether it's on the record or not! That's THE statement Jon about his departure, no?

I don't know why that song was called "Living With The Ghost"? The line from it clearly stated "I ain't living with the ghost." Yes I feel the Ghost was indeed Richie.

While I have followed and liked what Bon Jovi did without Richie at least until 2020 I have to admit that with Richie was better. Since Jon voice is truly awful now I have been listening to a lot of old music from them and now have more appreciation of Richie.

Do finally I've got a playlist that I consider definitive. First I tried putting all songs into a playlist and remove those I don't like. It didn't work. So I went and chose only those that I really love in there. Then I played with the order a bit. The problem is that I've put a lot of slower songs in there and I still think that A Teardrop To The Sea doesn't fit there. I had to skip Real Love or Blind Love because of the same reason. There are still songs that I like and listen to, that haven't made it because there's no place. Nice challenge though

Thank you for this little task! It made me listen to these albums again. My playlist surprisingly does include Roller Coaster and Story of Love, whereas A Teardrop to the Sea and I Will Drive You Home didn't make it. Also Burning Bridges wouldn't work as hidden track, something I was considering. The first ten tracks alone would work too, but overall I'm quite happy with the list.
