It took me a while to truly appreciate the box-set. I knew it was something special from the start but there were so many songs there, that at the start so many songs get lost.

I did like you, I started by making a 15 track best of on my MP3 and then over time I just listened to more and more and now I listen to the entire box-set all the time.

My favourite disc has to be Number 1. Every song on it is class and on itself would make a very nice album.

The only songs I don't like are:

Starting All Over Again (It's OK)
We Rule The Night
Only In My Dreams - Tico Torres
Satellite (Another that's noot dreadful but only OK)
Too Much Of A Good Thing
Out Of Bounds
Billy

The majority of the others would be standout tracks on any album they were written for, and the rest are just great songs.

We rule the night is great. Yeah, it's clichéd hairspray metal, but heck, it's fun!

For some it's hard to understand where Bon Jovi is coming from. It's not about the polished pop-rock that they've been playing since 2000, but the hard rock of the 80s.

They butchered Starting All over again. The remix on it is so painful to listen to. I much prefer the original b-side version.

i like the boxset a lot and i listen to it quite often. there are songs in it that make me shiver something that their studio albums haven't done since these days.
