When I got HAND the album and listened to it for the first time Complicated was one of many song that I didn't listen to.

But after I've seen and heard some bootlegs from the tour, it has become one of my favorite songs on HAND.
It's really catchy and easy to sing-a-long to. I really hope that it will be a Bon Jovi tour classic - 'cause it gets the crowd going.

i love both the music and the lyrics, better than most of the songs on HAND. its made to be a fun song, it shouldnt have meaningful lyrics. i completely enjoy it.

I was singing the chorus to myself the other day walking around uni, and as I was walking with a few friends and he gets to actually hear the lyrics I was singing the only thing he says to me was "dude, are you gay now?"

It was kinda funny.

I know I kind of dissed Complicated earlier but although it's not a Jovi classic it's at least listenable, I don't skip the track and sometimes actually enjoy it despite myself. Captain Crash And The Beauty Queen From Mars (Worst title ever!) on the other hand is hideous in every way. The title is embarrassing, the lyrics nosensical (Is tragical even a real word?) and the tune is awful, it just doesn't sound anything like Bon Jovi. This is not an attack on anyone who likes the song (and there seem to be quite a few who do) we all have our opinions, I just don't get it, I hate it.

ok. for starters i think you are a wee bit to harsh for bj. i think the album is great any thing to do with any of the bj crew i think is great but thats me im like that with them. i dont think the new stuff is not as good as the old stuff. im sure you all agree with that, crush after these day's was a great come back but i think the lads rushed it a bit to much. resently i have only been listaning to the older stuff well every thing apart from bounce and hand. saying that i think bounce was a great album hand is a completely different image for bj. nothing to do woth this topic but paul weller is mod god!
