The Crush Tour DVD Playback Problem on PC

Whenever I play back the bonus music videos on the DVD on my PC, i get a coloured band down the left hand of the screen. What is causing this? No other feature on the disk does this, and when I play back on a TV DVD player the band does not appear.

maybe it's the program you're playing it with. whenever i try to play something on windows media player and it gets screwed up, i use DivX player and it works fine. I'm not a computer wiz but that's my take
