When I understood right it will be the version from VH 1 (probably a longer one) so it will be parts of both nights.

Maybe. But I believe more in what Richie says than what BJHQ says. And Richie said that there will be a DVD of the Giants show in an interview in Geman music magazine Breakout. It will be released in the beginning of 2003 according to Mercury Germany. That stood on a contest postcard that was incl. in the Bounce-CD but without any infos what kind of DVD it will be.

BJHQ gives wrong infos all the time. Don't give too much of what they say.

Is this DVD part of the 20th anniversary set?

Also, is the box set going to be released on the 20th January, the day Bon Jovi the band was born?

I don't think so but nothing is said yet. But I think they publish the DVD separatley from the box set and earlier. I don't think that they publish the box set that early in January.

If it's a DVD of the Giants' Stadium show, I'm going to be pissed off. Seriously, couldn't they do something from this upcoming tour? I'd gladly wait. The GS show was great and all, but I don't need another DVD from the Crush/OWN tour.

I hope they are just dry humping us on this one.

Personally, I wouldn't believe everything you read in interviews and magazines. Anyway, Plans change, intentions get lost...

Plus, I wouldn't see the point of releasing it when they are trying to promote the new songs on Bounce. Jon has always stated in the past that he doesn't want the band to be considered as surviving off old hits, and releasing the Giants show (which will be similar songs to the Crush DVD, right?) would be falling into that trap. But on the other hand, if it's going to be part of the box set, then maybe they will include the Giants show. Who knows? I just hope it comes out soon!

I wouldn´t want a DVD of the GS shows anymore. Maybe a year ago but now I want the Bounce Tour DVD. I don´t miss the GS anymore. I hope they´ll release a DVD from the Bounce Tour instead.
