An etiquette you say? That's rich coming from someone who has been banned at least once for vulgar and offensive remarks aimed at the precious fans of this board.

Your character is surrounded by copious amounts of bullshit.

It's not so much about praising the band especially if they feel there is nothing to praise but sometimes it's ok to say nothing if a thread is on an upward trend. If 9 out of 10 things are great and people are happy, leave it alone. No need to blow up the 1 thing that didnt go right just to bring down the board. Or mention it with a softer delivery to spare the fans. Again etiquette.

Not that im sticking up for him but Seb actually gave Richie a praise the other day.

To be fair to Seb I remember in 2008 he labelled two consecutive shows (Frankfurt and Amsterdam I believe) as the best shows he has seen. The reason I remember is 'cause I was shocked at the time haha.

And Rdkopper - couldn't care much for a Richie show to be honest. In his warped mind him heaping praise on Richie is probably a rebellious middle finger to the band he so dearly "loves" anyway.

Go on Seb, I'll give you 5 days to come up with a witty well thought reply.

Christ, I was being sarcastic with the precious comment. You seem to waiver between treating fellow fans like dirt or acting as if they're higher beings who shouldn't be called into question.

If you're going to act all high and mighty then at least be consistent.

We're all fans.

Even me and I'm a really cool person. I was sitting at a bar recently getting chatted up by two or three beautiful big breasted women when out of nowhere a Bon Jovi song (Bad Medicine) came on the jukebox. Did I jump up and sing? no, I sat back and didn't acknowledge that I was a fan, cool people don't like anything you see, it's all part of the package. But I saw a few people dancing to the song and gave them a knowing look. I could tell it made their night.

My point is, I'm really great but I'm not above being called a fan, as long as it's all internalised and nobody knows.

Jesus, either I missed the irony of your post or you care way too much about what other people think of you. If a song of my favorite band comes up in a bar, of course I'll at least smile and have a good time, no matter if it's cool or not. Most of the stuff people tend to find cool these days is total junk anyway, so why even bother?
