The Lost Highway Poll (it's nearly all over!)

I know mate, but lets face it, if we look at all Bon Jovi albums especially post 2000, the tracks that have come off the albums have been suspect. For me the Bounce album was the worst. We got Everyday (which was ok), ABLY and Misunderstood. When there was Undivided, The Distance and Bounce. shocking.

I don't quite understand the logic behind that ...

I hate everything about it. The atmosphere and vibe of it, the fact that it is sometimes referred to as a 'masterpiece' around here. The fact that a better song like 'Whole Lot Of Leaving' gets overlooked by this awful effort is a joke, in my opinion.

That doesn't really answer my question ... Specifically, what is it that you hate about the atmosphere and vibe? It's got near enough the same message as Livin' On A Prayer, and in fact in general its quite a typical Bon Jovi song ... big chorus, guitar driven, optimistic ... what is there really about it that puts it under so many other similar BJ songs?

I just hate it. Everything about it. I feel depressed when I listen to it. Nothing grabs my attention. They can do the solo's/introductions live all they like, I'm still not interested. Maybe I cannot justify my hate for this song, but it's a song that I never want to listen to again, to be honest.
