They do. If you care to read through the thousands of answers, you will find plenty.
I know they do, but compared to the funny answers they give it's nothing. They give answers to the same questions like "who will be opening for Bon Jovi in Europe ?" It's stupid to ask that, because everybody knows they will provide that info when they will, and won't say it in an answer at BJHQ.

Whatever. I've made my point, think what you like
Ah, a very usefull reply. If I had said what you said I'd be a bastard by saying something like that.

I was in New Jersey last week and I can tell you, it would seem that Jon is a little fed up with the whining and complaining. He said he reads the message boards! I think that says it all.
No that says nothing. Maybe Jon likes to read what the fans think. And now that most fans say they don't like the setlists Jon gave a reaction by that. In Tokyo he said something like:

I've been told that you don't like our current setlists. So here's a present for you, this one's called In These Arms.

Richie said in an interview in Japan that we could request songs on bonjovi.com. But you'll probably give a reply like "whatever, I've made my point, think whatever you like"...

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

That would be the right way to go requesting songs...

Scorps had it on their website for just 1 song. The Stones did it in 1997 - 1 different per night i think.

And the best example is joe satriani whereby each registered fan of his website picks a dream setlist... all the data is put together etc, and plays a set based largely on their recommendations...

i've seen him 3 times now in 4 years and each one was an ENTIRELY different selist but for maybe 5 out of 22 songs!

Megadeth did an online poll for their last tour. The fans pick songs that they want to hear in a particular concert and they will play the most requested songs. They did this in every show. I think it won't be hard for BJ to follow suit, it's just a matter of whether they want to do it or not.
